CUSTOMER CARE

No late orders will be accepted after the posted cut-off date. All orders must be placed through the online store.


Due date schedule for the year is posted at the beginning of each year. 

 

Missed pickups - you have 24 hours after a missed pickup contact me regarding your order. Prepaid orders may be picked up the following month and are subject to a $10 handling fee.

 

Cash On Delivery (COD) - orders will not be held. After 3 missed pickups all future orders will be rejected. 

Due to the nature of the product (time, temperature, safety) we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your personal and payment information is not stored by us.
