No late orders will be accepted after the posted cut-off date. According to Store Policy, all orders must be placed through the online store.

Due date schedule for the year is posted at the beginning of each year.

Missed pickups – you have 24 hours after a missed pickup contact me regarding your order. Prepaid orders may be picked up the following month and are subject to a $10 handling fee.

Cash On Delivery (COD) – orders will not be held according to store policy. After 3 missed pickups all future orders will be rejected.

Due to the nature of the product (time, temperature, safety) we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
